BGCPP Welcomes New Board Members!
Congratulations and welcome to new members of our Board of Directors! Our outstanding Board, led by President Richard Mainardi, Jr., is committed to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential. We thank all of our dedicated members for sharing their resources and expertise in service to our Club Kids and their families.
LaTysha Gaines, our newest Board member, is the Campus Operating Officer for Berkeley College’s Woodland Park Campus. She previously served as Campus Operating Officer for the Woodland Park and Paramus campuses in 2021. Prior to that, she served as Assistant Vice President of Student Development and Campus Life. LaTysha has more than 20 years of experience in higher education with a concentration in student affairs, engagement, retention, recruitment, and conduct. She is also an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and as a result of her commitment to community service, she received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the United Youth of New Jersey in 2016.
Shirell A. Gross, Esq. CLC has built a successful career as a senior executive and attorney at Fortune 500 companies, including her current role as VP and
Chief Counsel for Global Operations and Supply Chain at Medtronic, where she also serves as the Global Co-Chair of the African Descent Network Employee Resource Group. Shirell has received numerous professional recognitions including the 2022 Policy Trailblazer Award from Executive Women of New Jersey, and is the Immediate Past National Program Director for Jack and Jill of America Inc. where she served on its Foundation board and as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. She is active in the community and passionate about creating opportunities for young people and under-resourced communities.
Limor Regular is an accomplished entrepreneur and Chief Operating Officer in digital media, with a Master of Science degree in Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and currently pursuing her doctoral degree from Adler University. With a passion for innovation and keen business acumen, Limor has played a pivotal role in shaping the digital media landscape. Limor’s proudest achievement is her leadership in a series of media companies, including Kitara Media and Propel Media, that have collectively generated over $500 million to date. As a Partner and COO at Infolinks Media, Limor has driven strategic growth and fostered operational excellence. Currently, she is a managing partner at Infolinks Media and focuses on her career as an organizational psychologist.

A tradition for over 50 years, this event at Upper Montclair Country Club sells out every year with 160+ golfers united in support of our Club and Club Kids.
Holiday Good Cheer Showcase: December 14th
Taking place all December long, partners are invited to join us in collecting, wrapping, and distributing gifts and necessities for local families
