The Boys & Girls Club of Paterson and Passaic offers daily after school programming in both cities from school dismissal until 6pm. During that time, members participate in a variety of academic, social and recreational activities that focus on Academic Success, Good Character & Citizenship, and Healthy Habits at both our Paterson and Passaic Clubhouses and our 11 school-based sites.
Enrollment forms for select locations are below. If you do not see your location, the standard forms are linked at the bottom of this list, and available at our Clubhouses. The form is the same regardless of which location you wish to attend.
Completed paper application forms, if selected for your location, must be completed and delivered to the Clubhouse in your city:
